DOWSETTMAYHEW Planning were instructed to submit an application for the redevelopment of a former equestrian facility within a special protection area to 4 residential dwellings.
The development included the demolition of sand schools, agricultural and equestrian buildings and the erection of 4 large detached dwellings. DOWSETTMAYHEW worked together with architects, landscape designers, ecologists and transport engineers to deliver the appropriate consents. The application also included the development of a new electricity substation. Following consent, DOWSETTMAYHEW Planning discharged all planning conditions and development has subsequently been implemented.
