DOWSETTMAYHEW Planning were asked to advise on a planning application submitted by Sterling Prize nominated architects, David Mikhail Architects. DOWSETTMAYHEW Planning became involved in negotiations with the Planning Authority, assisted in both the detail of the application, discussions on design and assessment of character of the local area.
Following advice from DOWSETTMAYHEW Planning Consultants, consent was obtained for a bespoke dwelling as a replacement of a vacant and redundant property that was subject to vandalism and illegal habitation.
Development is due for completion in Spring 2015.
